Tying Rocks To Cloudsby ~aFeinPhoto-com

Kukuiula Harbor is one of my favorite places on the island. Which is funny because it is easy to overlook. The parking lot is about 30 yards behind me, usually people wandering around, but the compositions and options there are terrific. I have spent lots of sunsets there and can always use so...me portion of the rocks. This composition grabbed me and have worked it a few times. I love the way the rocks all come to a 'point'. Optimally I shoot it mid Dec and try and get the sun at the apex of the rocks but this was in March of '09 and not possible. The clouds 'marching' by though did add some nice interest!
