Night Light

Shot a few frames and was trying to work on compositions...always tricky at night. These trees are about 50ft off the road so passing cars were an issue...until I realized that they were helping with the light painting The issue was the dof...stars need to be shot around 2.8, 1600, 30s...too shallow for the trees.

So turned to one exposure of 5.6, ~2min and one of 2.8, 1600, 30s for stars. Light on trees from headlamp and passing car lights. Need to figure out what direction and when the milky way is around b/c I would really like that across the sky!
