Crab With A View by aFeinPhoto-com Crab With A View by aFeinPhoto-com
After sunset light illuminates the rocks with a lovely glow as the shell of a crab sits perfectly tucked into the shelf. This is one of my first successful photographs until my 'breakthrough' in Sept '08. This was taken May '08. Queens Bath area. It's nice being able to rework files with new programs, skills and understanding. Much cleaner file now than my first edit. Yay.

Very nice shot, allthough I find the thick white line inside the frame a bit off putting.

Best to focus on the photo itself then ;)

I didn't realise you do that framing with all your photos, it must have seemed an annoying comment. The photo itself of course is stunning as is the rest of your work.

I can see your point but more sky would also give more trees/space on the left side and open up the photo too much. The key here is the simplicity in the fg/lines leading away with just some sky to add a destination and show the sunset. Appreciate the words :)

Another great shot! That crab is a small part of this photo, but it makes it so much more interesting. What do you do for sharpening in photoshop? I've seen a million different methods, and your photos are always tack sharp. If you get a chance, i'd love to hear it.

Check out Alex Nails web sharpening stuffs. All I use...and sometimes add in a tiny blur layer.
