Black Hole Sun by aFeinPhoto-com Black Hole Sun by aFeinPhoto-com
Taken only a few days ago on 4.8.10. After my 'vendor' day I quickly ran back home to grab my camera and head back to the hotel for sunset. I had planned to try and get the sun on the pinnacle to get a sunstar but that is weeks past so will wait til fall.

However the opportunity allowed for a different option. B+W 10 stop filter used here for the long exposure with juuust a slight blend for the sun itself and a bit of the surrounding sky.

The clouds looked as if they are being sucked into the sun...hence the title :)

Much thanks for the c/c!

First off, loved the title! (I Love that song) and second, your shots are so good I am going to start sounding redundant. So instead I will say, when if your book coming out???

Im diggin the motion. Having that 10 stop ND must really open up the possibilities. A beautiful example.
Gotta love the Soundgarden based title. :D They are getting back together too. :w00t:
Nice work Aaron.

Too far right for the sunstar but overall the balance works well here I feel...nice long lines leading from the ridge line and clouds. :)
